Agriturismo Ninea is managed by Enotria Travel BV, and therefore, all bookings and stay agreements are subject to Enotria Travel BV’s general terms and conditions.
Travel Agreement
By making an online booking, guests expressly accept the general terms provided. The reservation is considered final only upon receipt of written confirmation by email from Enotria Travel.
Availability and Booking Confirmation
Availability listed on the website is updated frequently and is 99% reliable. However, if the requested accommodation is not available, Enotria Travel will promptly contact the client to propose an alternative solution. The booking becomes binding for both the client and the agency once the final invoice is issued. In the event of force majeure that makes the accommodation unavailable, Enotria Travel reserves the right to provide an alternative accommodation of equal or higher value. In such cases, Enotria Travel also reserves the right to cancel the contract, with a full refund of any amounts already paid.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
Payment
A deposit equal to 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 8 days of the invoice issuance via bank transfer or Stripe. The remaining balance is due one month before the arrival date.
Check-in and Check-out
Arrivals or departures outside of these times may be arranged, subject to prior notice and confirmation by reception at the time of booking. In case of unforeseen delays or an inability to arrive at the specified time, please inform reception as soon as possible using the emergency contact number provided on your booking voucher. Failure to communicate may result in delays in key handover for which Enotria Travel cannot be held responsible.
Access to the accommodation is strictly limited to the number of guests listed on the voucher for safety reasons. Prior to arrival, guests will be required to complete an online check-in, registering all guests in advance.
